Itinerary
Day 1 Arrive
Cairo
Meals: No meals
Arriving into Cairo, you are met by our local
representative and driven to your hotel. Spend your day leisure exploring the
region or simply relax in your hotel. Overnight stay in Cairo.
Meals: Breakfast
Today morning you will be met at the hotel by
your guide for a full day tour of the Pyramids at Giza. Sphinx, papyrus fair,
perfume factory and cotton shop. Thereafter visit the Egyptian Museum. Design
in the Neoclassical style by Marcel Dourgnon, the Egyptian Museum boasts 107
halls filled with artifa dating from the prehistoric through the Roman periods,
with the majority of the collection focused on the pharaonic era. The museum
houses approximately 160,000 objects covering 5,000 years of Egypt past. Post
the visit to Egyptian Museum, proceed to Khan El-Khalili Bazaar. No visit to
Cairo is Complete without a stop at the Khan El-Khalili bazaar, where you will
be transported back in time to an old Arab souk. Shop owners calling you to
their stalls, the scent of spices, the hustle and bustle of trade, and many
beautiful objects that can purchased will have you lost among alleys for hours.
Put your hagglin skills to the test when buying statuettes, spices, souvenirs,
silver jewellery, t-shirts, galabiyyas, belly dancing costumes, or anything for
that matter. When your shopping's done, don’t miss out on a traditional cup of
tea at the famous Fishawi's cafe.

Day 3 Cairo - Aswan - Nile Cruise
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner
After breakfast, proceed to the airport for your
flight to Aswan. (flight not included) Upon arrival in Aswan, proceed for a
guided trip to the High Dam and the Temple of Philae. The latter is a special
site shrine to Isis: your guide will explain how UNESCO took steps to relocate
it to save it from flooding. Thereafter, proceed to the Nile cruise for
check-in.

Day
4 Nile Cruise Meals:
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Today you will sail to Kom Ombo to visit the
Temple of Sobek and Haroeris. Visit the Kom Ombo Tem which is about 30 miles
(48 km) north of Aswan and was built during the Graeco-Roman period. The temple
is unique because it is in fact a double temple, dedicated to Sobek the
crocodile god, and Horu the falcon-headed god. The layout combines two temples
in one with each side having its own gateway and chapels. visit the Temple of
Horus in Edfu, where your guide takes you through the different halls and
antechambers, explaining their significance. The rest of the day is spent
sailing to Luxor. Enjoy the beautiful scenery pass by.

Day 5 Nile
Cruise
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Today, tour the most famous sites on Luxor's
West Bank. Step back in time to ancient Egypt as you explore the elaborate
tombs of the Valley of the Kings, visit the unique design of the Temple of
Queen Hatshepsut and the towering statues of the Colossi of Memnon. In the
evening visit the age-old Temp of Karnak and Luxor Temple on the Nile's East
Bank. Explore the giant columns of the Hypostyle Hall, walk the Avenue of the
Sphinxes, and see other highlights as you learn their history. Then, head for
Luxor Temple to admire its columns, courts and statues; and discover how it was
embellished by Tutankhamun and Alexander the Great.

Day 6 Nile
Cruise - Luxor - Cairo
Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, disembark the cruise and get
transferred to Luxor Airport for your flight to Cairo.
Overnight stay in Cairo.
Day 7 Depart
Cairo
Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and get transferred to the
airport for your flight back home.
If We Change or
Cancel Your Holiday
We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is
unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at
any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest
possible date. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your
travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel
arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (for instance, bad weather):
- we shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced - If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged from y pro-rata basis depending on portion of the tour standing utilized by you.
- In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited refunding to you the price we charge tour fees.
Change Your
Holiday Plan
After confirmation of services, if you wish to
change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure
date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it m not
always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from
the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be
borne by yourself.
If You Have a
Complaint
If you have a problem during your holiday,
PLEASE INFORM THE RELEVANT SUPPLIER, (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.)
and/or our representative IMMEDIATELY who will endeavour to put things right.
If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days
of your return home by writing to us, giving your booking reference and all
other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy
to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able
extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the
respective service provider. All third-party service providers are independent
contractors who at no time are under our control or supervision.
Holiday
Insurance
It will be your responsibility to purchase any
sort of holiday insurance cover and we are not responsible for the same.
General
Important Notes
In case there is any change in price the same
will be communicated to yourself and only after your confirmation, we will
proceed further. There will be no reduction for un-utilized services
Surcharges may be applicable over and above the
holiday price for the requested period. The same will be advised at the time of
booking or prior to confirmations.
You need to make an advance payment at the time
of confirming the tour and make the balance payment 35 days prior to the
departure of the tour.
Forfeiture Of
Deposits
We shall be within our rights to forfeit the
non- refundable interest free deposit paid by you. In the event you cancel the
booking, or on failure on your part to adhere to the tour payment schedule as
informed in the documentation Check List, or in the event the visa of any country
is not granted or you are unable to travel on the tour booked due to any reason
whatsoever, including medical ground or sickness, the non-refundable interest
free deposits shall stand forfeited, and the scale of cancellation set out in
the How To Book section of the brochure shall be applicable and binding.

Please be advised that these are the sole and
complete terms and conditions governing the tour operations, supplemented only
by the User Agreement. No employees of our Company or our agents have the
authority to amend, modify or change these conditions, and you are advised to
rely on the terms "as is". Inditrotters reserves the right to change
or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
